The MLM industry is thriving in this poor economy. More than ever people are looking to make extra money. Working from home is a way to do that. It is flexible and fits around your lifestyle. We all have children with soccer and basketball games. We are all busy. If you choose to work , I mean really work a MLM business the money can offset a poor economy and bring a lot more choices into your life. It can take a lot of stress out of it too. Just having the control to make extra money feels good. Everyone wants more control of their lives and MLM is a way to do it.

Getting together as a group can really spark  a fire in your network. There is a certain mob mentality that occurs where people with the same cause get together. They will do things that are out of their comfort zone, like making calls to people on their chicken list. There is support from others, they want to look  and act the part of the successful network marketer in front of their peers. It feels good to be with the team. Most people already know what to do to build their businesses and get to the money. Building the team means building relationships. Having a meal with each other is a great way to accomplish this. Choose a dream building location and have every one bring a pot luck dish to the event. This builds a feeling of importance and insures that more people will come to the event. If you think you are being counted on to bring your special dish, it is hard not to show up.

This is all good relationship building and a lot of fun. Watch how your network takes off that week as the result of team building, call making and the follow through that ensues.

Success in network marketing has its rewards.

Are you working for the money? If you think about that question, the answer is “No.” Money in itself is just some dirty paper. It is not the money we want, it is what it can do when you spend it. It is what the money can buy that we want.

For some, it is the luxury of a boat. For others, it is the lifestyle of the boating community. Hanging out at the yacht club, having friends and team members with you is a lot of fun. There are lots of options when your MLM business is successful, check out www.searay.com . Don’t quit. Keep hosting and in a short time choices like these will be yours. Funny thing too, success brings more success. Get a boat big enough and it becomes a tax write off as your office, second home or entertaininment (certainly check with your accountant as laws vary from state to state).

Maybe boats are not your motivation, but you get the idea. Find your reasons for building a Network Company. Hopefully it is to help others solve some problem. If you are part of a reputable company,one listed by the DSA, you have a good product or service. Zig Ziglar said “If you help enough people get what they want, you will have everything that you want.” - www.zigziglarstory.com  So helping others comes first, but keep your reasons in front of you also.
